The number of systems and the quality of their APIs: a well-documented API is faster to work with than a legacy format. Data volume and failure scenarios matter too. We audit your systems before quoting. Without that, an integration estimate is a guess.

We audit the systems and show you a diagram of how data moves now and where it gets lost. We agree the sync rules, including what happens when data conflicts. We build and test the integration, and show you how it behaves in normal work and when an external service fails. Then we set up monitoring and alerts.

The sync runs through a queue with retries. No data is lost, and you get an alert.
