About Demda: who is responsible for your project
Demda is a custom software studio based in Irkutsk, Russia. It is run by its founder, Dmitry Demchenko. He has worked with SAP since 2012 and is personally responsible for every project. We build mobile apps, web services, CRM systems, Telegram bots and integrations with accounting and banking systems. We work remotely under a contract, with clients in Russia and abroad.
Who we are
Dmitry Demchenko has been in software development since 2012. He started on SAP projects for large companies. He is responsible for the architecture and for every project we take.
The contracting party is Dmitry Demchenko, a sole proprietor registered in Russia (OGRNIP 314774611801152). We work without VAT.
Where we work
We are based in Irkutsk and work remotely. We talk with clients on Telegram and by email. With clients abroad we work in English in writing; calls by arrangement. Prices for them are in USD.
What we build
- iOS and Android apps with Flutter, published to the App Store and Google Play;
- web apps, client portals and back offices;
- custom CRM connected to accounting, banks and telephony;
- Telegram bots with payments and roles;
- integrations and automation, including AI;
- SAP enhancements.
Our stack is Flutter, Next.js, React, NestJS, Node.js and PostgreSQL. When a task needs native Swift or Kotlin, we write that too.
What we have built
- MyPulso, our own product: a client finds a personal trainer and books a session. The client and trainer apps are on the App Store and Google Play. All features are currently free. Case: /en/cases/mypulso.
- TruckFuel, our own product: a driver app and a fleet dashboard for fuelling trucks across different fuel networks. The driver app is on the App Store and Google Play. Case: /en/cases/truckfuel.
- A rental company system: an admin panel with orders, a calendar and a financial ledger, a driver app on the App Store and Google Play, and a Telegram bot. It is in daily use. We don't name the client: the project was done under contract. Case: /en/cases/rental-company-system.
- Maketa, our screen builder at maketa.pro.
- Sabaan, our prototype: AI translates a chat between a Russian manager and a Thai agent, and the original is one click away.
How the work goes
We start with a process diagram and a list of screens, and we price the work against them. The estimate is free. We then build and show progress as we go: test builds reach your phone before the final release. The project is split into stages and each one is closed with an acceptance act. You pay an advance and the rest after the act. We name the delivery date together with the price and write it into the contract.
After launch you get a three-month warranty. Later support is under a separate contract, paid monthly.
What stays with you
The rights to the code pass to you after each stage is paid. We hand over the code and documentation to your repository. Access to servers and developer accounts stays with you. You get a perpetual licence for our ready-made libraries inside the product.
