- 02We price the work against that diagram. The estimate itself is free.
- 03We build and show progress as we go. You see finished parts and test builds well before the end.
- 04We launch and stay. Three months of warranty, then ongoing support billed monthly.
The price depends on scope: how many screens and user roles, which systems we connect, and whether you need iOS and Android apps. We quote after reviewing the task, based on the diagram and the screen list. You pay by stage in US dollars: an advance, then the balance after sign-off. Payment is by invoice or via a payment platform.
We give the timeline together with the price, stage by stage. Stage dates go into the contract.
Accountability
Who is responsible for your project
The studio is run by its founder, Dmitry Demchenko.
He has worked with SAP since 2012 and is personally responsible for every project.
We work under contract.
The project is split into stages, each closed with a signed acceptance act.
The code is yours.
Ownership passes to you once a stage is paid. Our ready-made libraries inside the product come with a perpetual licence.
After launch.
Three months of warranty after acceptance. After that, support under a separate contract, billed monthly.
Based in Irkutsk, Russia (UTC+8). We work remotely with clients in any country. We work in English in writing; calls by arrangement.

How much does it cost?
Projects start from $2,400. The price depends on scope: how many screens and user roles, which systems we connect, and whether you need iOS and Android apps. We give an exact figure after reviewing the task, and the estimate is free.
How do we start?
Write a few words about the task in the form below or on Telegram. We'll reply, ask a few questions and set up a call. If you have a mockup, attach the link — the estimate will be more accurate.
Do I need a written spec?
No. Describe the task in your own words, or sketch the screens in Maketa, our screen builder. We put together the diagram and screen list ourselves in the first stage.
Who owns the code?
Exclusive rights to the code pass to you once each stage is paid. If the product includes our ready-made libraries, you get a perpetual licence to use them.
Do you work under contract? Is VAT charged?
Yes, we work under contract, and we don't charge VAT. You pay by stage in US dollars: an advance, then the balance after sign-off. Payment is by invoice or via a payment platform.
What happens after launch?
We stay on. For three months after acceptance the contract warranty applies, and we fix development defects free of charge. After that, support runs under a separate contract, billed monthly.
Will you take over a project someone else started?
Yes. First we review the code and data. Then we decide together what can be built on and what needs rebuilding.
