What you already have: a server and a release process, or nothing yet. The number of environments (production, staging, test), resilience requirements and backup volume. We start with an audit, which gives a far better estimate than a general description.
Process
How we work
We review your infrastructure, release process and risks, and show what will break first under load. We set up containers and automated releases and test them on a real release. Then monitoring, logs, alerts and backups. We show you what a failure alert looks like and how a restore works. At the end you get documentation, so the setup doesn't depend on one contractor.
