Pricing for custom software development
A website, a custom CRM, a Telegram bot or an integration from Demda starts at $2,400. A mobile app for iOS and Android starts at $9,500, and support after launch at $1,200. Prices are in USD, without VAT. We give an exact figure after we have mapped your process and the list of screens, and the estimate itself is free.

Where there is no figure, we give one after we have looked at the task.
What drives the price
The price follows the scope. We build a process diagram and a list of screens first, then price those screens. The biggest factors are the number of roles, the systems we connect, whether you need iOS and Android apps or only web, and whether a backend already exists.
We do not compare your project with someone else's. We draw your screens, then count them.
How you pay
We work under a contract with an individual entrepreneur, Dmitry Demchenko, without VAT. Payment is by invoice or through a payment platform. The project goes in stages: an advance, then the rest after you sign the acceptance act for each stage. The rights to the code pass to you after each stage is paid.
We name the delivery date together with the price, stage by stage, and write it into the contract.
What is included
- process diagram and a list of screens;
- design and development;
- test builds on your own phone while we work;
- publishing to the App Store and Google Play, including developer accounts, store listings and review;
- code and documentation in your repository;
- a three-month warranty after acceptance: we fix development errors for free.
Third-party services (servers, mailing, payment fees) and support after the warranty are paid separately.

Sketch your screens in Maketa (maketa.pro) and send us the link. If you have no mockup, two sentences about the task are enough. We will draw the diagram ourselves.

No. We work without VAT.

Who owns the code?
You do. The exclusive rights pass to you after each stage is paid. If our ready-made libraries are inside, you receive a perpetual licence for them.
