This Policy describes how the custom software studio demda.pro (hereinafter — "Demda", "we") processes personal data of users of the demda.pro website and the team mobile application. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

• Contact-form data: name and contact details (phone, email or messenger handle), a task description — only what you provided yourself.
• Technical analytics data: anonymised visit statistics (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics) — pages, referral sources, device type. Not used to identify individuals.
• Team mobile application: intended for employees; it processes work credentials, tasks and mail as part of professional duties. Access is restricted to authorised employees.

3. How we use the data

Contact-form data is used solely to get back to you regarding your request and is not shared with third parties. Analytics is used to improve the site. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except where required by law.

4. Storage and protection

Data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation. Access is restricted, and data in transit is protected by encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Secrets and credentials are stored encrypted.
