AI agents for business: development and integration into your processes

We build AI agents that take over routine text work: reading applications and documents, drafting replies to clients, translating chats and collecting data from websites. The agent plugs into your CRM, Telegram, email or accounting system and hands the result to a person for review. We quote after we analyse the task, and we choose the model and data location to match your requirements, including Russian personal data law.

What an AI agent can do

  • Applications and documents. It reads an incoming request, contract or tender, pulls out the essentials and writes them to your CRM or spreadsheet.
  • Client replies. It drafts an answer from your knowledge base. A manager checks and sends it.
  • Chat translation. A manager writes in one language, the partner reads another.
  • Data collection. It visits the websites you need on a schedule and stores what it finds.
  • Voice input. A voice message becomes text and a task.

When a task needs a human decision, the agent stops and passes it to an employee. It closes automatically only what you allowed.

What we have built ourselves

  • Maketa (maketa.pro): AI turns a screenshot of an app into editable objects. It has an integration for AI assistants, listed in the official Model Context Protocol registry.
  • Sabaan, a prototype, not a live service: a manager writes to a Thai agent in Russian, AI translates the chat both ways as you type, and the original opens on click.
  • Our own tender system: it collects public procurement notices from several platforms and analyses them with AI. We use it in our own work.

We have no client reviews for AI projects yet. You can open Maketa and the Sabaan prototype and try them yourself.

How we do it

We map the process first. Then we set limits: what the agent does alone, what it passes to a person, what it must never do. We test it on your real samples before launch, then connect it to your tools. After acceptance you get a three-month warranty, then support under a separate contract.

Where the data goes and which model

If data may not leave Russia (personal data, trade secrets), we use a Russian model or one hosted on your server. If there are no limits, a foreign model is possible; some of them are not reachable from Russia directly, so we set up a separate channel and include it in the estimate. We decide in advance what goes to the model. Where the data is stored and which models we use is written into the contract; on request we use Russian models and servers in Russia.

Price and how we estimate

We have no separate price for AI agents. A bot or automation with AI is priced as a Telegram bot or an integration, and those projects start at $2,400. For your agent we quote after the analysis and a test on your samples. Payment is in stages: an advance, then the rest after each acceptance act. The estimate is free and the code stays with you.

FAQ

How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot follows a script. An agent reads free text, makes a routine decision and acts in your systems.

Can the agent be wrong?

Yes. We test it on your samples and keep irreversible decisions with a person.

Can data stay in Russia?

Yes. We use a Russian model or host one on your server.

How do you handle our data?

Where the data is stored and which models we use is written into the contract. On request we use Russian models and servers in Russia.

How much does it cost?

We quote after the analysis. Our bot and integration work starts at 200,000 RUB.
