Case study
MyPulso apps for clients and trainers — case study
MyPulso is our own product. Both apps are live on the App Store and Google Play.
Goal
The goal
We wanted people to find a personal trainer and book a session in one app. Trainers needed one place for their schedule, their clients and their messages, instead of spreadsheets and several messengers.
Work
What we built
- Client app. Search trainers by discipline and open their profile. Book a service and a time slot and confirm it.
- Chat with the trainer inside the app, with no need to swap phone numbers.
- Trainer app, MyPulso Coach. A booking calendar and a client list with a card for each client. One-to-one chat with every client.
- Trainer stats. Figures for the last 30 days and the client funnel.
- Web dashboards and our own backend. The apps and the web version share one database.
- Store publishing. Both apps passed Apple and Google review.
Stack: Flutter (iOS and Android), web dashboards in React and TypeScript, NestJS backend, PostgreSQL, Redis, Socket.IO.

Similar project?
An app where clients book a specialist
Trainers, tutors, beauty specialists or doctors follow the same pattern: an app for the client, an app for the specialist and a shared backend. Tell us about your project. We reply within one business day and explain what the price is made of.
Questions
FAQ
Can I try the apps myself?
Yes. Both are free to download from the App Store and Google Play.
Why two apps instead of one?
Clients and trainers do different things. Each gets its own screens, and the data is shared on one server.
Can you build something similar for our industry?
Yes. We shape the screens and features around your clients and specialists, and price your scenarios, not MyPulso's.
