Privacy Policy for @demda_pro_bot

Effective from 24 September 2026.

1. What this bot is

@demda_pro_bot is Dmitry Demchenko's assistant in Telegram, connected to his account through Telegram Business. When you message Dmitry privately and you are not in his contacts, Telegram passes your message to the bot. The bot may reply to you and forwards the gist of your request to Dmitry. The bot does not receive messages from people in Dmitry's contacts.

2. What data the bot receives

  • the text of your messages to Dmitry and of the replies in that chat;
  • the first name, last name and @username from your Telegram profile, chat and message IDs;
  • the date and time of the messages.

The bot cannot see your other chats and never asks for your phone number. It does not download or store voice messages, photos or files — only a note that an attachment was sent; if the substance matters, the assistant will ask you to send it as text.

3. Why

To reply to you while Dmitry is busy and to pass your request on to him so that he can answer personally. The data is not used for advertising or mailing lists and is never sold.

4. Who processes the data

The data controller is sole proprietor Dmitry Aleksandrovich Demchenko (OGRNIP 314774611801152, INN 772403264050).

The assistant's replies are written by the Claude language model from Anthropic (USA), so the chat text is sent to Anthropic. This is a cross-border transfer of personal data.

Messages also pass through Telegram and are processed under its own policy: telegram.org/privacy.

5. Where and how long the data is stored

On the studio's server and equipment in the Russian Federation. Each message is kept for 12 months and then deleted automatically.

6. How to delete your data

Write "delete my data" to the bot or to Dmitry, or email hello@demda.pro. We will delete it within 10 business days and confirm by reply. The copy of the chat kept in Telegram itself, on your side and Dmitry's, is deleted with Telegram's own tools.

7. General terms

Everything else is covered by the general demda.pro privacy policy: https://demda.pro/en/privacy.

Questions: hello@demda.pro, Telegram @demda.
