Account and data deletion

How to request deletion

1. Write from your work address or the address used at registration to hello@demda.pro with the subject "Data deletion".
2. State the email of the account whose data should be deleted.
3. We will confirm the request by reply email and delete the data within 30 days.

What will be deleted

• The account (email, name, job title, password).
• Related tasks and profile settings.
• The user's mailbox and its contents.
• Device push tokens.

What may be retained

Records we are legally required to keep (for example, accounting documents under contracts), as well as backups — these are rotated and fully deleted within up to 90 days. Project work artifacts owned by the company (code, documents) are not the user's personal data and are not deleted.
